SHIPPING OPTIONS/DAYS

All orders are shipped by USPS

Orders placed on a holiday will ship out the immediate non-holiday shipping day.
We do not offer OVERNIGHT or INTERNATIONAL shipping at this time.


Orders are shipped out on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

  • Monday Shipping: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM EST on Sundays

  • Wednesday Shipping: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM EST on Tuesdays

  • Friday Shipping: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM EST on Thursdays

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

STANDARD SHIPPING: 2-5 Business Days
 

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Tracking information will ONLY be sent to the email address used when the order was placed. The Rushh K Kollection LLC is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Please keep in mind that holidays and inclement weather can delay shipping times for the postal service. 

 

Please provide your full and correct shipping address, including apt, unit, suite, lot numbers etc. In the event your package is returned to us due to an insufficient mailing address, there will be a $25 return fee for re-shipment. WE WILL ONLY HOLD RETURNED ITEMS FOR 10 BUSINESS DAYS. IF A NEW ADDRESS ISN'T PROVIDED TO US BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN THAT TIMEFRAME, WE WILL DISREGARD THE ORDER & NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal is our payment processor. We accept Credit & Debit Card payments through PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to order. If you DO NOT have an account, you have the option to "Checkout with Credit/Debit Card" as a guest. PayPal accounts are free, if you choose to create one.

THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PENDING PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY: Orders are NOT secured until payment has been fully received, therefore, all items included in any pending orders are still available for other customers to purchase. While your payment is pending be assured that we do not have the funds. Once your payment is no longer pending we then receive the funds and start preparing your order. If the items in your order have been sold or are no longer available, we will send you an email to arrange replacement items of the same type/value and you will be provided a 2 business day timeframe to respond. If there is no response we will send a store credit to your email via online coupon and we will ship the item(s) that were secured within your order on our next shipping day. Pending PayPal payments could delay your order processing time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please track your order at www.usps.com. Should your package be returned due to an insufficient address, a $25 return fee will be required for re-shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. If after 10 business days you have not received your order or if your items are damaged, please contact your local post office (USPS) and submit a detailed inquiry via email through the "Contact" page on our website. While we cannot guarantee a resolution, we will make every effort to resolve your issue.

HOLIDAY NOTICE

If a shipping day lands on a holiday, we will ship orders the immediate non-holiday business day within our specified shipping days.  Please keep in mind that during holidays shipping times may be delayed due to increased shipments for the postal service.
